Hi, I’m Susan, the acupuncturist behind Rest & Reset Acupuncture.
My mission is simple: to help you reclaim balance, vitality, and ease in your life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Life can be full of challenges—whether it’s hormonal imbalances, challenges through trying to conceive, transitioning to menopause, thyroid conditions, neurological concerns like vertigo or post-concussion recovery, or other complex health issues. With a holistic, tailored approach, I use acupuncture and Chinese medicine to address the root causes of your concerns and empower you to take control of your health.
